Wearing a face mask with the word “God” written on it in big bold red letters and armed with a 12-gauge shotgun and a home-made bomb, a 19 year old man walked into the premises of a school on May 11, 2021 and started opening fire. School security guards managed to press an alarm panic button that sent signals to classrooms to lock their doors. The 19 year old then proceeded to different classrooms and made his way into those that were unlocked. After shooting several people, he set off an improvised explosive device (IED), then went to a bathroom to reload his weapon. He then found another unlocked classroom and indiscriminately shot both students and teachers until he ran out of ammunition. Meanwhile, students were jumping out of third story windows in attempt to save their lives and first responders were already on the scene evacuating civilians out of the building using ladders.
